Community Resilience Program
The Historic Central Area Arts & Cultural District’s Community Resilience Program provides capacity-building and mentorship for participants in their professional development that align with HCAACD’s Foundational Pillars.
The Central Area Black Arts, Cultural, and business community was on an optimistic upward course that has experienced delayed projects and cancelled opportunities due to COVID-19. Disproportionate impacts create negative economic consequences that trigger and push a critical evaluation for pivoting business models to boost new and renewed customer bases. We created this project to offset the harm caused during COVID-19.
